Blog influence

by Dennis Howlett on November 5, 2007

The vast majority of professionals don’t even know blogs exist and most that do could care less. That’s fine. But if you want an endorsement for blog influence then read this post from my friend Loic LeMeur. You have to be able to read French – something most Brits are pretty crap at doing.

Bottom line: Loic gets a ride to Paris on Airforce One. I’ll bet the food service is better than on most commercial airlines. I’m now wondering whether Loic will be able to post Seesmicasts from his White House jaunt.

The back story to all this is here.

@Loic: at least you'll get decent wine and not some Californian rubbish. ;) @Steve: I suspect it's a bit of both. But at least Sarkozy doesn't forget those who helped him. Which is more than we can say for most politicians.
  • Very cool in either case. But is it a case of influencing the market or influencing which benefited Loic?
  • not airforce one, our french airforce one, the french Presidential airplane, unsure what plane it is but likely there is at least wifi on board :)
